By accessing or using the Infinite Talk AI service ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our Service.

2. Service Description

Infinite Talk AI provides an advanced AI-powered platform for talking avatar video generation, specializing in:

  • Talking Avatar Generation: Creating realistic talking videos from images or existing videos with precise lip-sync technology.
  • Infinite-Length Videos: Generating unlimited-duration talking videos without traditional time limitations.
  • Audio-Visual Synchronization: Advanced lip-sync technology that synchronizes not only lips but also head movements, body posture, and facial expressions.
  • Multi-Person Support: Creating videos with multiple people using individual audio tracks and reference masks.
  • High-Quality Output: Generating videos in 480p and 720p resolution suitable for various applications, from social media to professional productions.
  • Credit-Based Pricing: Pay-per-use model where credits are consumed based on video duration and quality (1 credit per second for 480p, 2 credits per second for 720p).

3. User Responsibilities

As a user, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete registration information.
  • Maintain the security of your account and password.
  • Use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
  • Be solely responsible for the content you create, upload, and generate using our Service.
  • Respect the intellectual property rights of others and only upload content you have the right to use.
  • Ensure uploaded images and videos are appropriate and do not contain prohibited content.
  • Monitor your credit usage and understand the pay-per-use pricing model.
  • Download generated videos promptly as they may be deleted after 30 days.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

You retain ownership of the images, videos, and audio files you upload, as well as any text prompts you provide. You also own the rights to the talking avatar videos generated by the Service based on your inputs. By using the Service, you grant Infinite Talk AI a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, process, and store your content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service, including training our AI models with anonymized data.

5. Prohibited Content and Conduct

You may not use the Service to create or share content that is:

  • Illegal, harmful, fraudulent, or infringing on the rights of others.
  • Hateful, discriminatory, harassing, or violent.
  • Sexually explicit or pornographic.
  • Intended to deceive, mislead, or spread misinformation.
  • In violation of personal privacy.

Engaging in activities such as reverse-engineering the Service, using automated scripts to generate content excessively, or interfering with the platform's operation is strictly prohibited.

6. Credit System and Payment

Our Service operates on a credit-based pricing model. Credits are consumed based on video generation:

  • 480p Videos: 1 credit per second of generated video
  • 720p Videos: 2 credits per second of generated video
  • Credit Packages: Available for purchase through our pricing page with one-time payments
  • No Expiration: Purchased credits do not expire and can be used at any time
  • Payment Processing: All payments are processed securely through Stripe

Credits are non-refundable except as required by law. All pricing is in USD and subject to applicable taxes.

7. Service Modifications and Termination

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time, with or without notice. We may also terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately if you breach these Terms.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties, express or implied. Infinite Talk AI does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the generated talking avatar videos will meet your specific requirements. We do not guarantee the accuracy of lip-sync or the quality of generated content.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Infinite Talk AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service, including but not limited to issues with lip-sync accuracy, video quality, or generation failures.
